Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs 🥚🔥🧀
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
1-2 jalapeños, finely chopped
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Boil eggs for 10 minutes, cool, and peel. Slice in half.
Remove the yolks and mash with a fork.
Combine the mashed yolks with mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard, and jalapeños. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon the filling back into the egg whites.
Garnish with cilantro or additional jalapeño slices.
