Homemade Beef Lo Mein
Ingredients:

8 oz egg noodles
1 lb beef, thinly sliced
2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, sliced
Directions:

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add sliced beef, cooking until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
Return beef to the skillet, then add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss well to combine.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
