Ingredients:
8 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the onion and garlic until the beef is browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess fat.
Stir the tomato sauce into the beef mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
In the prepared baking dish, layer half of the cooked noodles, then spread half of the sour cream mixture on top. Add half of the beef mixture and sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
