Ingredients
1 lb cooked meatballs (homemade or frozen)
4 cups mashed potatoes (leftover or fresh)
1 ½ cups brown gravy
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
Salt and pepper
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions
Instructions
Heat Oven
Preheat to 375°F.
Layer Meatballs
Grease a baking dish and add meatballs in a single layer.
Add Gravy
Pour gravy over meatballs and stir to coat.
Top with Potatoes
Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the meatballs.
Add Cheese
