Keto Rustic Flaxseed Bread
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups ground flaxseed
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup psyllium husk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 large eggs
11/2 cups water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tosp olive oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds (for topping)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground flaxseed, almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes to allow the psyllium husk to absorb the liquid.
Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the sesame seeds evenly over the top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
