Soft, pillowy, and dusted with sugar—these classic French beignets are irresistible fresh from the fryer!
📝 Ingredients:
• All-purpose flour: 3 cups (360 g)
• Warm milk: ¾ cup (180 ml)
• Active dry yeast: 1 packet (7 g)
• Sugar: 3 tbsp
• Butter (melted): 4 tbsp
• Eggs: 2
• Salt: ½ tsp
• Powdered sugar: for dusting
• Oil: for frying
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Dissolve yeast in warm milk with 1 tbsp sugar. Let sit 5–10 min.
2️⃣ Mix in flour, remaining sugar, salt, eggs, and melted butter.
