Grilled Lobster Tails 🦞🔥
Deliciously smoky, buttery, and perfect for any special meal.
📝 Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
4 tbsp melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Prep the Lobster:
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top of the shell.
2️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Marinade:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Brush & Marinate:
Generously brush the marinade over the lobster meat. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.
4️⃣ Grill to Perfection:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place lobster tails meat-side down for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook shell-side down for another 3-4 minutes until opaque and slightly charred.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
Remove from grill, drizzle with more garlic butter, sprinkle chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
