π Strawberry Cream Frappuccino π₯€
Ingredients
For the Coffee Ice:
2 cups strongly brewed coffee (cooled)
1 cup water
For the Frappuccino Base:
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
Β½ cup heavy cream or half-and-half
ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3β4 cups coffee ice cubes (from above)
Whipped cream, for topping
Strawberries or chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Coffee Ice Cubes
In a medium bowl, combine the cooled coffee and water. Stir well to mix. Pour the liquid into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid (about 4β6 hours). Once frozen, store the coffee ice cubes in a resealable bag for easy access.
Step 2: Prepare the Frappuccino Base
In a high-powered blender, combine the fresh or frozen strawberries, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend on low speed until the mixture is smooth and the strawberries are fully incorporated.
Step 3: Add the Coffee Ice Cubes
Add 3β4 coffee ice cubes to the blender, depending on how thick you prefer your frappuccino. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, frothy, and completely chilled. If the consistency is too thick, add more coffee ice cubes one at a time and blend again.
Step 4: Serve Immediately
Pour the strawberry cream frappuccino into a tall glass filled with additional coffee ice cubes, if desired. Top generously with whipped cream and garnish with sliced strawberries or chocolate shavings for an extra touch of elegance.
