Cookies Made From Brownie Mix 🍪🍫
Ingredients:
1 box (18–20 oz) brownie mix (any brand you love)
2 large eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp water
Optional Mix-ins:
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
½ cup candy pieces (like M&M’s)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until a thick, sticky dough forms.
Fold in any optional mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or candy pieces.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until edges are set and centers look slightly cracked but soft.
Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
