Strawberry Pie 🍓🥧❤️
Fresh, fruity, and bursting with berry flavor—this simple pie is a summer classic!
Ingredients:
1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin
4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
Instructions:
In a saucepan, whisk sugar, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in strawberry gelatin until dissolved.
Let mixture cool slightly, then fold in fresh strawberries.
Pour into prepared pie crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
Serve chilled with whipped cream if desired.
