Cheesy Meatball & Potato Skillet – Hearty, Melty & Irresistible! 🧀🥔

🛒 Ingredients:
500g ground beef
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
600g baby potatoes, halved
1 onion, chopped
1 can (400ml) tomato sauce
1 tsp paprika
1½ cups shredded mozzarella 🧀
Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
Olive oil for frying
👩🍳 Instructions:
Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then shape into meatballs. Sear meatballs in a skillet with olive oil until browned. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté onion and potatoes for 5–7 mins. Add tomato sauce and paprika, season to taste. Place meatballs back in, cover, and simmer 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top and let melt. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Tip: Try adding some chili flakes for a spicy version or swap mozzarella with cheddar for a sharper taste!
