Salt & pepper to taste

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey 🍯

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp grated ginger (optional)

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for slurry)

To serve:

Steamed white rice 🍚

Chopped green onions for garnish 🌿

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and cornstarch. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then stir in soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger. Bring to a simmer, then add the cornstarch slurry to thicken.
