Crunchy almond cookies sandwiched with chocolate—sweet little “kisses” from Piedmont!

📝 You will need:
• 100 g ground almonds
• 100 g all-purpose flour
• 100 g butter, cold and cubed
• 100 g sugar
• 100 g dark chocolate (for filling)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix almonds, flour, butter, and sugar to form a dough. Chill 30 min.
2️⃣ Form small balls and place on baking sheet.
3️⃣ Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 15 min. Cool completely.
4️⃣ Melt chocolate and use to sandwich two cookies together.
