🇮🇹 Malloreddus (Sardinian Gnocchi) ❤️
These ridged gnocchi are amazing with rich sausage sauce—pure Sardinian soul food!
📝 You will need:
• 200 g malloreddus pasta
• 115 g sausage, crumbled
• 240 ml tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• Pecorino cheese (optional), grated
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook malloreddus in salted water until al dente.
2️⃣ In a skillet, brown sausage in olive oil.
3️⃣ Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Toss in the drained malloreddus and mix well.
5️⃣ Serve hot, topped with grated Pecorino!
