- 1 cup cream

- Salt & pepper, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
2. SautΓ© onion & garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
3. Add chicken, season well, and cook until no longer pink.
4. Stir in mushrooms; cook 5 mins.
5. Add spinach; cook until wilted.
6. In a bowl, mix cream with half the cheese.
7. Combine skillet mixture with cream mixture.
8. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
9. Bake 25β30 mins until golden & bubbly.
