Mississippi Pot Roast Noodles 🥩🍜
Ingredients:
2 lbs chuck roast
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 packet au jus gravy mix
½ cup pepperoncini peppers + juice
4 tbsp butter
12 oz egg noodles, cooked
Fresh parsley (optional)
Directions:
1. Place chuck roast in a slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch and au jus mix over the top.
2. Add butter and pepperoncini (plus a bit of juice).
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender. Shred the beef with two forks.
4. Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with parsley if desired.
