Mouthwatering Tomato Bruschetta
Marinated tomatoes in olive oil, smells so good in the house today!
All you need:
2 cups grape tomatoes sliced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves minced
Pinch of salt
Fresh basil
Add ons:
4- Slices of bread
Ricotta cheese
Extra olive oil for frying
Warm the stove. In a pan, add sliced tomatoes. Add minced garlic. Pinch of salt. Drizzle olive oil. Mix well till combined and the tomato softened. Add fresh basil. Remove from heat. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the toasted bread:
In a pan, drizzle a little bit of olive oil. Fry the bread until crunch and golden brown on the edges.
Assembly:
In a plate, place the toasted bread. Spread ricotta cheese. Add the seasoned tomatoes. Add extra basil leaves. Ready to eat. Enjoy!
