- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
📝 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in vanilla extract.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the creamed butter mixture, starting and ending with the flour. Mix until just combined.
6. Fold in the diced peaches.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
