💜🍇 Heavenly Blueberry Bliss No-Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups whipped topping
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup blueberry jam
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Top with a layer of fresh blueberries, reserving some for garnish.
In a small bowl, mix the blueberry jam with lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle half over the blueberries.
Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture carefully over the blueberry layer. Top with the remaining blueberries and drizzle with the rest of the blueberry jam mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set completely before serving.
