Corn Casserole
Ingredients
* 1 can of corn, drained
* 1 can of cream style corn
* 8 oz sour cream
* 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
* Half stick of butter
* Cheddar cheese (as much as desired)

Instructions
1- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
3- Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
4- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
5- Remove from oven, top with more cheddar cheese.
6- Return to oven until the cheese is melted.
