**Ingredients:
- 2 large onions, cut into thick rings
- 200g mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1Β½ cups breadcrumbs
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
**Instructions:
1. Assemble Rings: Stack 2 onion rings together (one inside the other) and stuff mozzarella strips in the gap between them. Freeze for 30 minutes to help hold shape.
2. Bread the Rings: Dredge each ring in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with seasoned breadcrumbs (mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper).
3. Fry: Heat vegetable oil to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Fry onion rings in batches until golden and crispy, about 2β3 minutes per side.
