SAVORY GARLIC BEEF OVER CREAMY LINGUINE

Ingredients:

12 oz linguine pasta
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
5 garlic cloves, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp butter
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions:

1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, creating a rich, creamy sauce.
5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
6. Return the beef to the skillet, stirring to combine everything.
7. Let the skillet simmer for 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
