Made this smoothie after my morning workout. Don’t judge me on the name, I try to get creative so I feel like I’m doing something extra!
TANGO MANGO SMOOTHIE
2 Apples
3/4 cup frozen mangoes
1 thumb ginger
1/2 cup pineapple
Supplements: Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Coconut Flakes
Blend with plant based milk and water.
