π Creamy Banana Milkshake π₯
Ingredients
1 large ripe banana (with brown speckles for maximum sweetness)
1 cup whole milk (or unsweetened oat, almond, or soy milk for dairy-free)
3 generous scoops (about 1Β½ cups) high-quality vanilla bean ice cream
ΒΌ tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp fresh or bottled lemon juice

Instructions
Prep the Banana: Peel and slice the banana into 1-inch pieces. Place them in the bottom of a blender jar.
Add Liquid & Flavorings: Pour in the milk, then add vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cinnamon directly over the banana slices.
Top with Ice Cream: Add the three scoops of vanilla ice cream on topβthis layering helps the blender process smoothly.
Blend Until Silky: Secure the lid and blend on medium-high until completely smooth and thick, about 30β45 seconds. If the mixture is too cold and wonβt blend, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it flows.
Serve Immediately: Divide between two chilled glasses. Top with a swirl of whipped cream and a banana chip for a polished finish.
