🐐 Chèvre Chaud Gratiné (Baked Goat Cheese on Bread)
Toasted baguette slices topped with warm, bubbling goat cheese.
Ingredients:
• 3 slices baguette
• 150 g goat cheese (chèvre, sliced into rounds)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch black pepper
• Mixed salad greens (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2️⃣ Place goat cheese slices on baguette pieces.
3️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling.
5️⃣ Serve hot, alone or over a salad.
