No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until crumbs are evenly coated.
2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottoms of 6 mini pie pans or ramekins to form crusts. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
6. Slice the bananas and layer a few slices on top of each crust.
7. Spoon the cream mixture over the banana slices, smoothing the tops.
8. Chill the mini pies for at least 2 hours or until set.
9. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce if desired and garnish with extra banana slices.

Tips:
