π« Milky Way Caramel Cheesecake Brownies
Fudgy brownie base. Creamy cheesecake swirl. Gooey Milky Way caramel throughout. These bars are dangerously delicious and super easy to make!
π§ Ingredients
β’ 1 box brownie mix (for a 9x9-inch pan), plus ingredients listed on box
β’ 6 oz (170g) cream cheese, softened
β’ ΒΌ cup (50g) sugar
β’ 1 egg
β’ Β½ tsp vanilla extract
β’ 3 Milky Way bars, chopped
β’ 2 tbsp caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
π©βπ³ Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease or line a 9x9-inch pan.
2 Prepare brownie batter according to box instructions. Pour into pan.
3 In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
4 Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture over brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
5 Press chopped Milky Way bars evenly into the top. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
6 Bake for 30β35 minutes or until set in the center.
7 Cool completely before slicing.
