Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatballs with Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 egg
Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
10 oz fettuccine pasta
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Meatballs:
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Form into medium-sized meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in grated parmesan until smooth and creamy.
Return meatballs to the skillet and coat them with the sauce.
Cook the Pasta:
Boil fettuccine pasta according to package directions.
Drain and toss in a bit of the Alfredo sauce.
Combine & Serve:
Plate the fettuccine next to the saucy meatballs.
Drizzle extra sauce on top and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
