Homemade Keto Marble Loaf Cake
📝 Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter (melted, cooled slightly)
¾ cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
4 large eggs (room temperature)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Swirl:
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp almond milk (extra)
1 tbsp powdered erythritol (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment.
In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sweetener until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and almond milk.
Combine dry with wet until you get a smooth batter.
Divide batter:
Keep 2/3 as vanilla batter.
Mix the other 1/3 with cocoa powder, extra almond milk, and sweetener for the chocolate batter.
Layer batters into the loaf pan, alternating vanilla and chocolate. Use a knife to gently swirl.
Bake for 40–50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before slicing for the best texture.

Drizzle with a sugar-free glaze (2 tbsp powdered sweetener + 1 tbsp heavy cream).
