Garlic, shallots 🧄🧅
Heavy cream 🥛
Dijon mustard 🌶️

Instructions
Roast halved baby potatoes with olive oil, herbs, and seasoning until golden. Sear chicken breast in a pan until browned and cooked through. In the same pan, sauté garlic, shallots, and mushrooms, then stir in cream and mustard to make a sauce. Add herbs and simmer. Slice the chicken, spoon sauce over it, and serve with potatoes and mushrooms.
Tip: Deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine for a richer sauce.
