Red Snapper with Creamy Creole Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 Red Snapper fillets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp creole seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Season the Red Snapper fillets with creole seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Sear the Red Snapper fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
4. In the same skillet, sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.
5. Add diced tomatoes and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine.
6. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes, then pour over the cooked Red Snapper fillets.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
