🥣 Quick Anti-Inflammatory Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
6 cups chicken broth
(Optional: 2 cups cooked chicken, spinach, lemon juice)
Instructions:
Sauté onion in olive oil for 3–4 min.
Add garlic, turmeric, ginger, pepper—cook 1 min.
Add carrots, celery—cook 5 min.
Pour in broth, bring to boil, simmer 20 min.
(Optional) Add chicken, greens last 5 min.
Season and serve warm.
