🍕 Diavola Pizza
Diavola Pizza is a fiery Italian classic, topped with spicy salami (often pepperoni-style), tomato sauce, and melted mozzarella for a bold and flavorful bite.
Ingredients
• Pizza dough: 1 lb (450 g)
• Tomato sauce: 1 cup (240 ml)
• Mozzarella: 1½ cups (150 g), shredded
• Spicy salami or pepperoni: 1 cup, sliced
• Olive oil: 1 tbsp
• Red pepper flakes: optional, for extra heat
Instructions
1️⃣ • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
2️⃣ • Roll out dough and place on a baking tray.
3️⃣ • Spread tomato sauce evenly across dough.
4️⃣ • Top with mozzarella and spicy salami slices.
5️⃣ • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
6️⃣ • Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
