This amazing homemade cake will not slip by. ❤️

🍰 Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup coconut milk
2½ cups flour (500 grams)
½ cup sugar
3 large eggs
3 tbsp margarine
- For the Icing:
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup shredded coconut

🍰 Directions:
1️⃣ Blend all cake ingredients. Pour into a greased Bundt.
2️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 30-60 minutes until golden; check with a toothpick.
3️⃣ Icing: bring the coconut milk, sugar and grated coconut to the boil in a saucepan. Boil and then cool a bit
4️⃣ Drizzle icing over hot cake.
