Incredibly Moist Pumpkin Bread!
๐ Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground allspice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
15 oz pumpkin purรฉe
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
๐ Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Preheat your oven to 350ยบF and line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
2๏ธโฃ In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
3๏ธโฃ In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin purรฉe, oil, and water.
4๏ธโฃ Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
5๏ธโฃ Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
6๏ธโฃ Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake).
7๏ธโฃ Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
