Mango Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, diced
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds (black & white)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine mango, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro.
4. Toss gently and serve fresh.
