So Creamy Coleslaw versus Creamy Guacamole
1. Easy COLESLAW recipe
It’s creamy and tangy. Just the way I love it.
For the Coleslaw:
4 cups finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup chopped green onions
For the Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp buttermilk
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
Dice the cabbage, and carrots. Or chop in food processor. Sliced green onions by hand. Set a side.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the mayonnaise dressing. Whisk until smooth.
Add in cabbage, onions and carrots. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Or eat it right away. Enjoy!
2. So Creamy Guacamole
This is fresh Guacamole recipe. I just love it, creamy and delicious!
Recipe:
2 large hass avocados
1/2 red onion diced
1 jalapeños diced
2 limes-juice
1/4 cup fresh diced cilantro
1 garlic clove minced
Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, add the sliced avocados, then mashed it. Add onions, jalapeños, garlic, lime juice and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well until combine. Serve with chips or in your tacos! Enjoy!
