Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Hot Dogs 🌭🧀
Deliciously crispy and cheesy hot dogs made in an air fryer!
📋 Ingredients
- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 hot dogs
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
- 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
- Optional: ketchup, mustard, relish, or any desired toppings
📝 Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
2. Place the hot dogs in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. Butter the inside and outside of each hot dog bun, place one slice of cheese inside each bun, then add the cooked hot dog, topping it with another slice of cheese.
4. Place the assembled hot dogs in the air fryer basket without stacking. Cook at 375°F for 4-6 minutes or until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
5. Remove and add desired toppings such as ketchup, mustard, relish, or onions.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
