Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta 🍝

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 cups rotini pasta (or any pasta you like)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the chicken: Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Combine: Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the pan. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
Serve: Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley. Enjoy hot!
