Brownie Mix Cookies
Ingredients:
- 18.75 ounces Chocolate Supreme Brownie mix, Ghirardelli brand with the syrup pack included
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup canola oil
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, all-purpose flour, canola oil, eggs, and water. Mix until well blended.
3. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
4. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
6. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Tips:
