🐖🇮🇹 Porchetta
Ingredients:
3.3 lb (1.5 kg) pork belly
2 tbsp (15 g) fennel seeds
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
Fresh rosemary and thyme
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
🌿 Rub pork with garlic, fennel seeds, herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
🥩 Roll and tie pork belly tightly.
🔥 Roast at 350°F (175°C) for 2–2.5 hours until skin is crispy.
✨ Slice and serve warm.
