Creamy cinnamon and vanilla cake cake
A soft, aromatic dessert full of nostalgia!
Perfect to conquer palates with each tablespoon.
Ingredients:
Base:
• 1 cake mass (homemade or bought)
Custard filling:
• 500 ml whole milk
• 200 ml liquid cream
• 4 yolks
• 100 g sugar
• 2 CDAS MAICENA
• 1 vain cdta
• 1 ground cinnamon cdta
• 1 cinnamon branch (optional)
Decoration:
• Ground cinnamon
• Okpot and icing sugar (optional)
Step by step:
1️⃣ Base:
Place the dough in the mold, click with fork and bake 10-12 min at 180 ° C. Cool
2️⃣ custard:
Boil milk + cream + cinnamon branch. Rest 5 min.
BATE YEMAS + SUGAR + MAICENA. Pour the hot milk little by little and remove.
Take the fire until it thickens. Add vanilla and ground cinnamon.
3️⃣ Assembly:
Pour the custard on the base. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
4️⃣ Final touch:
Sprinkle cinnamon and, if you want, whipped cream + icing sugar.
