π Ingredients:
For the Dough:
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Swirl:
1/2 cup strawberry jam or preserves
1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
For the Topping:
1 cup powdered sugar
1β2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Crushed shortbread cookies or golden Oreos

In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let sit 5β10 minutes.
Add sugar, butter, eggs, and salt. Mix, then gradually add flour to form a soft dough. Knead for 5β7 mins.
Let dough rise in a greased bowl, covered, until doubled (about 1 hour).
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread cheesecake filling, then swirl on jam and sprinkle strawberries.
Roll tightly, slice into rolls, and place in greased baking dish. Let rise 30 mins.
Bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 25β30 mins, or until golden.
