Ribeye Surf & Turf Plate
Grilled to perfection and packed with flavor!
Ingredients:
• 1 bone-in ribeye steak
• Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 8 large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
• 1 cup broccoli florets (steamed)
• 1/2 cup popcorn shrimp or tempura shrimp
• 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (seasoned with butter, cream & black pepper)
Instructions:
1. Cook Steak: Season the ribeye generously. Sear in hot pan with oil, 3–4 mins per side. Add butter and baste. Let rest 10 mins.
2. Sauté Shrimp: Cook shrimp in the same pan with garlic butter for 2–3 mins until pink.
3. Fry Popcorn Shrimp: Deep fry or air fry until golden and crispy.
4. Steam Broccoli: Lightly steam broccoli florets until vibrant and tender.
5. Make Mashed Potatoes: Whip with butter, cream, salt, and cracked pepper.
6. Plate It Up: Serve ribeye with shrimp, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and crispy shrimp.
