"I had a lot of chops to cook. So, to cut down on the time, I cooked them this way and produced a chop that was super moist and melt-in-your-mouth tender. No knife needed."
Ingredients:
6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Pat the pork chops dry. Rub both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the chops 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove from heat. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the pan.
Cover tightly with foil or a lid. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours until very tender.
Finish by dotting with butter. Serve warm—no knife needed!
