Cheesy Burger Buns Recipe
Ingredients:
4 soft sandwich buns (or hamburger buns)
1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or your preferred cheese)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing buns)
Instructions:
Prepare the Burger Patties:
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Cook the Patties:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
Add the Cheese:
Place the cheese slices on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking. Cover with a lid to help the cheese melt completely.
Toast the Buns:
While the burgers are cooking, brush the insides of the sandwich buns with a little olive oil. Place them on a separate skillet or griddle over medium heat and toast until golden brown.
Assemble the Burgers:
Once the patties are cooked and the cheese has melted, place each burger patty on the bottom half of the toasted buns.
Top with Cheese and Garnish:
Sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top of the patties, if desired. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
Serve:
Place the top halves of the buns over the patties and serve immediately while warm.
Enjoy these cheesy burger buns with your favorite side, like fries or a salad! These are perfect for a quick lunch or a casual dinner.
