8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

12 oz white chocolate (or candy melts – various colors if desired)

Food coloring or colored candy melts (pink, blue, yellow, purple)

Sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration

Instructions:

1. Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, blend Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

2. Make the truffle mix: Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and mix until smooth and fully combined.

3. Shape the eggs: Roll the mixture into small egg shapes using your hands. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Chill: Freeze the truffle eggs for about 30 minutes to firm up.

5. Melt chocolate: In separate bowls, melt white chocolate or candy melts. Add food coloring if using plain white chocolate.

6. Dip and decorate: Dip each truffle egg into the melted chocolate, let the excess drip off, and place back on the tray. Drizzle with other colored chocolate and top with sprinkles.
