🇮🇹 Torta Paradiso
Light and fluffy sponge cake dusted with powdered sugar and layered with whipped cream.
Ingredients:
• 150 g butter
• 150 g sugar
• 4 eggs
• 150 g flour
• 50 g potato starch
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Whipped cream (for filling)
• Powdered sugar (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time.
2. Sift in flour, starch, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 min.
4. Cool and slice in half. Fill with whipped cream.
5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
