Air Fryer Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 rack of baby back ribs or spare ribs
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Your favorite barbecue sauce (optional)
Dry Rub (optional):
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Instructions:
Prep the Ribs:Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs (this helps them cook more evenly).
Rub the ribs with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper, or use the dry rub mix if you made it.

Preheat the Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cook the Ribs:Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, curving them if necessary to fit. You can cut them into smaller sections if needed.
Cook for 25-30 minutes. Flip the ribs halfway through the cooking time for even cooking.

Add Barbecue Sauce (optional):If you like your ribs saucy, brush your favorite barbecue sauce on the ribs during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking. This will caramelize the sauce nicely.

Check for Doneness:The ribs should be tender and have an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C), but for fall-off-the-bone tenderness, aim for around 190°F (88°C).

Rest and Serve:Once done, let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side if desired.
