📋 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 8 oz noodles (such as spaghetti or rice noodles)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
📝 Instructions
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine everything.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve topped with chopped green onions.
